LABOR-MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETINGS AND SPECIAL CONSULTATIONS. The Foundation and the PSC agree to establish a labor/manage- ment committee for the purpose of discussing issues of concern to either party. The committee shall be comprised of up to three (3) representatives each from the bargaining unit, PSC and the Foundation. The committee shall meet upon the request of the PSC or the Foundation at mutually agreeable dates and times, on a quar- terly basis. The parties shall exchange written agendas at least five
