Labor Management Conference. SECTION 16.1 In the interest of effective communications, either party may request a Labor-Management Conference. Such request shall be made in writing and be presented to the other party not less than five (5) calendar days in advance of the requested meeting date. The written request shall include an agenda of items the party wishes to discuss and the names of those representatives who will be attending. A Labor-Management Conference shall be scheduled within a reasonable time period upon a mutual acceptable date.
