Common use of Labor Management Conference Clause in Contracts

Labor Management Conference. The Labor Council and the Employer mutually agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious Employee relations, it is desirable that meetings be held between Labor Council representatives and responsible administrative representatives of the Employer. Such meetings may be requested at least seven (7) days in advance by either party by placing in writing a request to the other for a labor- management conference and expressly providing the agenda for such meeting. Such meetings shall be limited to:
