Common use of Labor – Management Discussion Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor – Management Discussion Meetings. There shall be a monthly Labor – Management meeting scheduled to discuss problems of concern of the parties in the Labor – Management area. The Labor – Management Committee is to consist of no more than the five (5) designated committee members and business agent from the Union and no more than five (5) representatives and Manager of the Division of Personnel from Management. The monthly discussion meeting of one (1) hour's duration will be set by the parties at a mutually agreeable time as follows: Either party shall submit a proposed agenda in writing to the other at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled meeting. At the same time the Union shall notify the Manager of the Division of Personnel of the names of those Committee men who will be in attendance.
