Labor Management Relations. Section 9.1 Representatives of the OT/AT Unit, not to exceed five (5) in number and from different departments, and representatives of the Employer will meet at least four times annually at mutually agreed upon times for up to two (2) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to the interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement and existing work rules which affect Employees. Each party will prepare and submit an agenda to the other party one (1) week prior to the scheduled meeting. Productivity and efficiency may be included in the topics of discussion. Section 9.2 Meetings will be scheduled during working hours on the Employer’s premises. Time spent by the OT/AT Unit representatives at the Labor-Management meeting shall be considered time worked for compensation purposes.
