Common use of LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, transportation, labor, and material necessary to furnish the services herein described, the services to be performed at such times and places as directed by and subject to the approval of the authorized District representative indicated in the Work specifications attached hereto. Unless otherwise specified, all materials shall be new and previously unused, and of the manufacturer’s latest model or the best of their respective kinds and grades as noted or specified, and workmanship shall be of good quality.
