LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT. 1. Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment will be new, and of such quality as required to comply with the Contract Documents. The Design-Builder will, when required, furnish satisfactory evidence as to kind and quality of all materials and equipment. All labor will be performed by workers skilled in their respective trades, and workmanship will be of good quality so that first class work in accordance with the standards of construction set forth in the Contract Documents will result.
