Laboratory Lease. Buyer and Company shall have entered into a real property lease for the laboratory located within the Processing Plant, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit L.
Laboratory Lease. Two (2) signed counterparts of the leaseback agreement to be entered into between Buyer and Seller pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Asset and Capacity Transfer Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Schedule 5 (“Laboratory Lease”).
