For the LABORATORY Sample Clauses
The "For the LABORATORY" clause designates specific rights, responsibilities, or provisions that apply directly to the laboratory party within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the laboratory's obligations, such as conducting tests, maintaining confidentiality, or adhering to certain standards, and may also specify the resources or support the laboratory is entitled to receive. Its core practical function is to clearly define the laboratory's role and expectations within the contractual relationship, ensuring both parties understand the laboratory's duties and entitlements, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
