LABOUR MANAGEMENT BARGAINING RELATIONS. 9.01 Union bargaining committee. Union bargaining committee shall be elected or appointed and consist of not more than four (4) members of the Union. The Union will advise the Board of the Union nominees to the Committee.

Union bargaining committee Bargaining Committee shall be elected or appointed and consist of not more than four two (42) members of the Union. The Union will advise the Board Corporation of the Union nominees to members of the Committee. The parties by mutual agreement may expand the two (2) members of the Union bargaining committee. The Corporation shall, for direct negotiations prior to conciliation, pay the normal wage rate and benefits for the members of the Union negotiation committee.
