LABOUR-MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION. 11.01 The Employer and the Union agree that regular labour-management communication is important in maintaining a good working relationship between them. To help achieve this objective, they agree to meet on a regular basis to discuss matters of mutual interest and concern. Items for discussion will normally be circulated to each of the parties one (1) week prior to the scheduled date of the meeting.
