Labour Management Committee Meetings. During the meetings of the Labour Management Committee, the parties will be equally represented to a maximum of three (3) representatives from each party not including the Union Representative.
Labour Management Committee Meetings. The Labour Management Committee will meet at the request of either party. The meeting shall be held within five (5) working days of receiving the request and will be held at a mutually agreeable time. Any Union representatives required to leave work shall do so with pay. The Chairperson of the meeting will alternate between Union and Employer.

Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour/Management Committee meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply: An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matter proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance, or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this Agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour/Management Committee.
Labour Management Committee Meetings. 11.01 Regular Labour/Management/Committee Meetings will be arranged between the Employer and the Union designates to occur not less than every quarter on a mutually agreeable date and time.

Suitable subjects for discussion will include orientation, aggressive residents workload issues and Professional Practice issues. A representative attending such meeting shall be paid for wages lost from regularly scheduled hours. A Union staff member may attend as representative of the Union. Meetings will be held quarterly unless otherwise agreed. It is understood that where full and part-time agreements are separate, there shall be one (1) committee only. The Employer agrees prior to the introduction of any new policy or procedure related to terms and conditions or employment the Union will be advised by providing a copy of such policy to a Union Xxxxxxx or through the Labour- Management Committee.
Labour Management Committee Meetings. The Employer agrees to recognize the Labour-Management Committee, which shall consist of two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer and shall meet at least once a month where a jointly proposed agenda has been received forty-eight (48) hours prior. Approved minutes must be given to the Union Secretary not more than two (2) weeks after the meeting. The responsibility for the preparation and distribution of the minutes rests with the Employer.
