LABOUR-MANAGEMENT COOPERATION COMMITTEE. 9.01 Establishment of Committee A Labour/Management Cooperation Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than three (3) representatives of the College and not more than three (3) representatives of the Union. One representative of the Union shall be the President of the Union. One representative of the Employer will be a member of the College Management Team. The committee shall convene at the request of either party. The date, time and place of such meeting shall be by agreement of the parties and be held within two (2) weeks of said request.
