Common use of Lack of Referral Procedure Clause in Contracts

Lack of Referral Procedure. If a signatory Union does not have a job referral system as set forth in Section 3.3 above, the Contractors shall give the Union equal opportunity to refer applicants. The Contractors shall notify the Union of employees so hired, as set forth in Section 3.5.
