Land and Easement Surveys/Procurement. Any services of this type including, but not limited to, a record search, field work, preparation of legal descriptions, and/or assistance to Owner for securing land rights necessary for siting sanitary sewer, tanks, and appurtenances will be provided through a separate proposal with Owner.
