Land and Open Space Dedication Sample Clauses

Land and Open Space Dedication. The Parties agree that the Property is subject to the Town land and open space dedication requirements set forth in Minturn Municipal Code § 16-17-90. The Developer shall deed to the Town acres of land, suitable to the Town, for the use and enjoyment of the general public (or pay to the Town dedication fees then in effect for each lot or unit at the time of building permit application).
