LAND USE OBJECTIVES – ESTABLISHED BY ORDER. Context The Land Use Objectives Regulation (LUOR), under the Land Act, authorizes the Minister of Agriculture and Lands (MAL) to establish legal land use objectives for the purposes of the Forest and Range Practices Act (FRPA).
