COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION AND PARKING 24.1 The Employer will continue to encourage but not require employees to use alternate means of transportation to commute to and from work consistent with the Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) law and the needs of the Employer and the community.

Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.
ORIENTATION AND INSERVICE 20.01 An orientation and inservice program will be provided to all employees; these programs shall be reviewed and discussed from time to time by members of the Union-Management Committee. The Committee will promote an environment that supports continuous learning, enhances opportunities for career development and will assist in the assessment, analysis, development and evaluation of the education programs at the facility.
Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually to maintain standards of safety and health in the Hospital in order to prevent accidents, injury, and illness. ected or Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative sel appointed by the Union from amongst Bargaining Unit employees. Such Committee shall identify potential dangers and means of improving health and safety programs, and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions related to safety and health. The Hospital agrees to co-operate reasonably in providing necessary information to enable the Committee its functions. Meetings shall be held every second month or more frequently at the call of the Chair if required. The Committee shall maintain minutes of meetings and make the Same available for review. Any representative appointed or accordancewith hereof shall serve for a term of one (1) calendar year from the date of appointment which may be renewed for further of one (1) year. 341 Prevention of Oil Spills If Purchaser maintains storage facilities for oil or oil products on Sale Area, Purchaser shall take appropriate preventive measures to ensure that any spill of such oil or oil products does not enter any stream or other waters of the United States or any of the individual States. If the total oil or oil products storage exceeds 1,320 gallons in containers of 55 gallons or greater, Purchaser shall prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan. Such plan shall meet applicable EPA requirements (40 CFR 112), including certification by a registered professional engineer. Purchaser shall notify Contracting Officer and appropriate agencies of all reportable (40 CFR 110) spills of oil or oil products on or in the vicinity of Sale Area that are caused by Purchaser’s employees agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents, directly or indirectly, as a result of Purchaser’s Operations. Purchaser will take whatever initial action may be safely accomplished to contain all spills.
