Tables and Chairs. Such items are provided with usage of the venue and will be set up and taken down by the CLIENT. Tables and chairs are NOT to be taken outside by the CLIENT or any guest attending the Event. Usage of the event space is limited to the interior facility unless otherwise noted and approved. Arrangements must be made by the CLIENT to have all rental equipment picked up and removed from the Facility the same day as the Event before the Event’s time deadline unless there is prior approval. Xxxxxxxxxx’s Main Event, LLC is not responsible for any damage or theft of any items left by the CLIENT or any guest attending the CLIENT’s Event. Deep Cleaning: Xxxxxxxxxx’s Main Event will perform deep cleaning, such as mopping, dusting, and window cleaning. CLIENT is responsible for the removal of anything brought in by self, guests, or hired vendors.

Tables and Chairs means tables and chairs set out on the sidewalk adjacent to a business. While available to their patrons, these tables and chairs are open for use by the general public, table service may not be provided, and alcohol cannot be consumed.
