Language 20.2 Jazyk. If there is a discrepancy between the English and the Czech versions of this Agreement, the actual intention of the parties shall be established by a good faith interpretation considering both versions. In case a discrepancy cannot be resolved by such interpretation, the Czech version shall prevail.
