Common use of Language of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Language of Agreement. Should a counterpart to this Agreement be prepared in a language other than English, then English will be the language of this Agreement and the English language counterpart will govern all disputes, performances and interpretations, and the counterpart in another language will be for convenience only and will not affect the performance or interpretation of this Agreement.
