Common use of Language of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Language of Agreement. (a) Each of the parties acknowledges having requested and being satisfied that this Guarantee and related documents be drawn in English. Chacune des parties reconnaît avoir demandé que ce document et ses annexes soient rédigés en anglais et s’en declare satisfaite. (b) For greater certainty, all correspondence, notices, drawings, test reports, certificates, specifications, information, operating and maintenance instructions, name plates, identification labels, instructions and notices to the public and staff and all other written, printed or electronically readable matter required in accordance with, or for purposes envisaged by, this Guarantee shall be in English.
