Language of the Proceedings. 1. The disputing parties shall agree on the language to be used in the proceedings. 2. If the disputing parties have not reached an agreement pursuant to paragraph 1 within 30 days of the constitution of the division of the Tribunal pursuant to paragraph 7 of Article 3.38 (Tribunal), the Tribunal shall determine the language to be used in the proceedings. The Tribunal shall make its determination after consulting the disputing parties with a view to ensuring the economic efficiency of the proceedings and ensuring that the determination does not impose any unnecessary burden on the resources of the disputing parties and of the Tribunal.1 ARTICLE 3.51 The Non-Disputing Party 1.
