Common use of Language Other than English Clause in Contracts

Language Other than English. Used On Site: Provide the ACCO notice when three (3) or more employees (worker and/or laborer and/or mechanic) on the Site, at any time, speak a language other than English. The ACCO will then provide the Contractor the notices described in Article 37.6.1 in that language or languages as may be required. The Contractor is responsible for all distributions under this Article 37; and
