Language Proficiency. Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor’s interpreters are proficient and qualified to provide Spoken Language Interpreter Services for each and all of the languages identified in Exhibit A – Included Services.
