French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the Funder. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, it will be required to provide a report to the Funder that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.
Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.
WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.
Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.
Usage Statistics The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will provide access to both composite system-wide use data and itemized data for the Licensee, the Participating Institutions, individual campuses and labs, on a monthly basis. The statistics shall meet or exceed the most recent project Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources ("COUNTER") Code of Practice Release,3 including but not limited to its provisions on customer confidentiality. When a release of a new COUNTER Code of Practice is issued, the Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will comply with the implementation time frame specified by COUNTER to provide usage statistics in the new standard format. It is more than desirable that the Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) Protocol4 is available for the Licensee to harvest the statistics.
Message Screening 7.4.4.4.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from MRC local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC switching system has a valid signaling relationship.
7.4.4.4.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from MRC local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC switching system has a valid signaling relationship.
7.4.4.4.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from MRC from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC SCP has a valid signaling relationship.
Root-‐zone Information Publication ICANN’s publication of root-‐zone contact information for the TLD will include Registry Operator and its administrative and technical contacts. Any request to modify the contact information for the Registry Operator must be made in the format specified from time to time by ICANN at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/domains/root/.
Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.
Headers Headings and captions used in the Agreement are for reference purposes only and will not have any effect on the interpretation of the Agreement.
Commercial Copies (a) The Corporation shall, as soon as possible but in any event not later than 2:00 p.m. (local time at the place of delivery) on the Business Day following the date of receipt of the Preliminary Passport System Receipt or the Final Passport Receipt, as the case may be (or such other date or time as the Underwriter and the Corporation may agree), and no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on the first Business Day after the execution of any Supplementary Material in connection with the Prospectuses, cause to be delivered to the Underwriter, without charge, commercial copies of the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or such Supplementary Material in such numbers and in such cities as the Underwriter may reasonably request by oral or written instructions to the Corporation or the printer thereof given no later than the time when the Corporation authorizes the printing of the commercial copies of such documents.
(b) The Corporation shall cause to be provided to the Underwriter such number of copies of any documents incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any Supplementary Material as the Underwriter may reasonably request.
(c) The Corporation will similarly cause to be delivered to the Underwriter, at such delivery points as the Underwriter may reasonably request, commercial copies of a U.S. Placement Memorandum and any Supplementary Material required to be delivered to purchasers or prospective purchasers of the Offered Shares. Each delivery of the U.S. Placement Memorandum and any such Supplementary Material will constitute consent by the Corporation to the use of the U.S. Placement Memorandum and any such Supplementary Material required to be prepared and/or filed under U.S. Securities Laws by the U.S. registered broker-dealer affiliates of the Underwriter and members of the Selling Dealer Group (if any) for the distribution of the Offered Shares for sale in the United States in accordance with this Agreement.
