Late Bids i. Any Bid received by the Procuring Agency after the deadline for submission of Bids prescribed by the Procuring Agency pursuant to ITB Clause 2.4.2 will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder. ii) The Procuring Agency shall not consider for evaluation any Bid that arrives after the deadline for submission of Bids. iii) Any Bid received by the Procuring Agency after the deadline for submission of Bids shall be declared late, recorded, rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder.
Late Bids i e. bids received after the specified date and time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
