LATE BIDS 23.1 Any bid received by the Employer after the deadline for submission of bids prescribed in Clause 22 will be returned unopened to the bidder.
E-Bidders intending to authorize any person to execute the Memorandum/Contract of Sale upon successful bidding of the property shall do so by furnishing the following documents to the Auctioneer:
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID 13.1 The bid to be prepared by the bidder shall comprise:
Competitive Bidding 3.5.2.1 Bidding Documents shall consist of bidding requirements and proposed Contract Documents.
Late Tenders 22.1 The Procuring Entity shall not consider any Tender that arrives after the deadline for submission of Tenders. Any Tender received by the Procuring Entity after the deadline for submission of Tenders shall be declared late, rejected, and returned unopened to the Tenderer.
Late Arrivals If you plan to arrive more than five (5) days after your Move-In Date, you must notify Student Housing and Community Services in writing. If you do not move into your accommodation within five (5) days of your Move-In Date, this Contract may be cancelled and your accommodation will be reassigned without further notice.
