Late Fee Penalty. There may be times when one or more Roommates face the possibility of failing to submit the rent in a timely manner. If the Landlord intends to impose a late fee upon a Roommate who has not paid the rent after a certain number of days then select the checkbox corresponding to the “Late Fee” statement in Article VI. (22) Late Fee Details. Document the late fee amount that will be assessed to a Roommate’s account if he or she has not paid rent within a given number of days from its due date and the maximum number of days that may pass after the due date when an unpaid rent bill may be satisfied without this penalty being imposed to the spaces provided.

Late Fee Penalty. Any payment not received within ten (10) days of a payment due date shall be subject to a late fee penalty in the amount of two percent (2%) of the payment amount.
Late Fee Penalty. In the event that the Registration Date does not occur within five (5) Trading Days immediately following the Settlement Date, a daily late fee penalty shall be imposed on CNTO for each day after the Settlement Date through the day immediately prior to the Registration Date (the "Late Fee"). The daily Late Fee imposed shall be equal to the United States three-month Treasury Xxxx interest rate, divided by 365 days, as quoted in the Wall Street Journal as of the Settlement Date, multiplied by Seventeen Million Dollars ($17,000,000). With respect to any Mortgage Loan that contains a provision permitting imposition of a premium upon a prepayment prior to maturity: (i) prior to the Mortgage Loan's origination, the Mortgagor agreed to such premium in exchange for a monetary benefit, including but not limited to a rate or fee reduction, (ii) prior to the Mortgage Loan's origination, the Mortgagor was offered the option of obtaining a mortgage loan that did not require payment of such a premium, and (iii) the Prepayment Penalty is disclosed to the Mortgagor in the mortgage loan documents pursuant to applicable state, local and federal law. This representation and warranty is a Deemed Material and Adverse Representation;
