Late Invoices. Any untimely delivery of invoice by Seller may result in payment delays by Xxxxx. Additionally, if invoice is not received by Buyer by August 15th of a given year for RECs Delivered through June 30th of that year, then Seller may have to seek payment through the Illinois Court of Claims. 30 ILCS 105/25. Buyer will inform Xxxxxx if the invoice cannot be accepted and if a claim will need to be made.
Late Invoices. The City may deduct up to 10% of the payment price for late invoices. The City operates on a fiscal year budget, from July 1 through the following June 30. Except in unusual circumstances, which are not due to the fault of Contractor, City will not honor any invoices or claims submitted after August 15 for materials or services supplied in the prior fiscal year.
Late Invoices. Failure of the City to invoice the Port for any payments owed shall not be deemed a waiver, and the Port shall have 45 days to make payment of any late invoices.

Late Invoices. In order to qualify for payment of charges or fees hereunder, Supplier must submit invoices in the month following the month in which such charges of fees became due. Experian shall not be responsible for charges or fees submitted more than one hundred twenty (120) days following the month in which such charges or fees were incurred.
Late Invoices. Except for Taxes for which GPI is responsible under the terms of this Agreement, GPI will not be obligated to pay any Charges that are not invoiced to GPI within 120 days of the date upon which the Designated Services giving rise to such amounts payable are completed and should have been invoiced in accordance with Section 4.2(a) (Monthly Invoice).
Late Invoices. Within two business days of the day a Broker-Dealer first appears on the Late Invoice Report, BNYM will notify the Broker-Dealer that an expected Invoice has not been received by BNYM. BNYM will notify the Client of the Broker-Dealer’s response to such contact and provide any information in the BNYM System reasonably requested by the Client to assist the Client in obtaining the late Invoice. BNYM will have no further duties with respect to an Invoice appearing on a Late Invoice Report other than to process it in accordance with this Section 3(a)(19) once received.
