Late or non-payment of invoices. If Client fails to pay an invoice within the time period referred to in clause 7.3, KMO may do any one or more of the following: (a) charge interest on the amount owing at 2 percent per month; (b) restrict or suspend the Services in accordance with clause 8 below; and/or (c) terminate the Agreement, in accordance with its terms.

  • Invoicing Payment All invoicing and payment for services performed under this Contract shall be as specified in Attachment B, hereto.

  • Interest on Overdue Payments (a) If the User fails to pay an invoice by the Due Date, the User must, if required by the Service Provider, pay the Service Provider interest on any amount outstanding.   • Late Payment Rent Late payment by Tenant to Landlord of Rent and other sums due will cause Landlord to incur costs not contemplated by this Lease, the exact amount of which will be extremely difficult and impracticable to ascertain. In addition to the late charge, Rent not paid when due shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the 5th day after the date due until paid.
