Law Enforcement Interface. Except to the extent not available in connection with VERIZON's operation of its own business, VERIZON shall provide seven day a week/twenty-four hour a day assistance to law enforcement agencies for installation and information retrieval pertaining to traps, traces, court orders and subpoenas. VERIZON reserves the right to charge for this service. SPRINT reserves the right to challenge VERIZON's assessment of such charges for this service.
