LAWFUL UNBUNDLED NETWORK ELEMENTS. At the request of CLEC and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, SBC MISSOURI will offer in the geographic area where SBC MISSOURI is the incumbent LEC, Lawful Unbundled Network Elements to CLEC on an unbundled basis on rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement that are just, reasonable, and non-discriminatory. Specific provisions concerning Lawful Unbundled Network Elements are addressed in Attachment 6: Lawful Unbundled Network Elements, and other applicable Attachments.

6.10.1 Pursuant to the applicable Appendix Lawful UNEs, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, SBC-13STATE will provide CLEC access to Lawful UNEs for the provision of Telecommunications Service as required by Sections 251 and 252 of the Act and in the Appendices hereto. CLEC agrees to provide access to its Network Elements to SBC-13STATE under the same terms, conditions and prices contained herein and in the applicable Appendices hereto.

6.9.1 Pursuant to the applicable Appendix Lawful UNEs, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, AT&T ILLINOIS will provide CLEC access to Lawful UNEs for the provision of Telecommunications Service as required by Sections 251 and 252 of the Act and in the Appendices hereto. CLEC agrees to provide access to its Network Elements to AT&T ILLINOIS under the same terms, conditions and prices contained herein and in the applicable Appendices hereto.
