SBC-13STATE will provide nondiscriminatory access to Directory Assistance services under the terms and conditions identified in the applicable Appendix DA, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

SBC-13STATE will provide. Loss Notifications. This notification alerts CLECs that a change requested by another telecommunications provider has been completed and, as a result, the Local Service Provider associated with a given telephone number has been changed. It will be provided via the uniform ordering application-to-application interface using the EDI 836 transaction, and will also be available via the uniform ordering GUI interface, LEX.
SBC-13STATE will provide. Virtual Collocation arrangements in Premises on a “first-come, first-served” basis. The determination whether there is sufficient space to accommodate Virtual Collocation at a particular Premises will be made initially by SBC-13STATE. SBC-13STATE will notify LEVEL 3 as to whether its request for space has been granted or denied due to a lack of space within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of LEVEL 3’s accurate and complete Virtual Collocation Application. If SBC-13STATE determines that LEVEL 3’s Virtual Collocation Application is unacceptable, SBC-13STATE shall advise LEVEL 3 of any deficiencies within this ten (10) calendar day period. SBC-13STATE shall provide LEVEL 3 with sufficient detail so that LEVEL 3 has a reasonable opportunity to cure each deficiency. To retain its place in the queue to obtain the Virtual Collocation arrangement, LEVEL 3 must cure any deficiencies in its Application and resubmit such Application within ten (10) calendar days after being advised of the deficiencies. Any changes to the amount or type of floor space, interconnection terminations, and power requested from the originally submitted Virtual Collocation Application will not be considered a deficiency, but rather as a new Virtual Collocation Application with a new ten (10) calendar day space notification and a new delivery interval. The delivery intervals set forth in this Section 17.3 is for new and augment Virtual Collocation Applications and apply only when XXXXX 0 installs interconnection and power cabling.

Related to SBC-13STATE will provide

  • SBC-13STATE shall provide to CLEC Interconnection of the Parties’ facilities and equipment for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to the applicable Appendix ITR, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Methods for Interconnection and Physical Architecture shall be as defined in the applicable Appendix NIM, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Incident Event and Communications Management a. Incident Management/Notification of Breach - DST shall develop, implement and maintain an incident response plan that specifies actions to be taken when DST or one of its subcontractors suspects or detects that a party has gained material unauthorized access to Fund Data or systems or applications containing any Fund Data (the “Response Plan”). Such Response Plan shall include the following: i. Escalation Procedures - An escalation procedure that includes notification to senior managers and appropriate reporting to regulatory and law enforcement agencies. This procedure shall provide for reporting of incidents that compromise the confidentiality of Fund Data (including backed up data) to Fund via telephone or email (and provide a confirmatory notice in writing as soon as practicable); provided that the foregoing notice obligation is excused for such period of time as DST is prohibited by law, rule, regulation or other governmental authority from notifying Fund. ii. Incident Reporting - DST will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly furnish to Fund information that DST has regarding the general circumstances and extent of such unauthorized access to the Fund Data.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Information Management Information and Records

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Virus Management DST shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within DST environment.
