Laws and Licenses. This Agreement is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rulings and orders of governmental agencies, including, but not limited to, the Communications Act of 1934 as amended by the Telecommunications Act of 1996, and the rules and regulations of the FCC.

Waiver. 25 26 No waiver by either party of any one or more defaults or breaches by the other in the performance of 27 this Agreement shall operate or be construed as a waiver of any future defaults or breaches, whether of a 28 like or different character.
