Layoff Process. 41.1.1 Once the Board of Governors has made a final determination that a layoff of Tenured faculty is required as a result of Financial Exigency or Curricular Necessity, the Vice- President, Academic recommends to the Academic Council in which Faculty or program(s), and in what proportion, layoffs should occur, taking into account:
