Layoff - Reduction to Part-time. In the event of layoff, or reduction to part-time, reverse order of bargaining unit-wide seniority shall apply to all employees in the bargaining unit. The Company shall notify employees who are to be laid off, ten (10) working days prior to the effective date of the layoff, or award pay in lieu thereof.
