Layoffs and Recalls After Layoffs. Where the employee’s qualifications to perform the work available are equal, in cluding in the case of Head Meat Cutters the ability to organize and direct the work of others, seniority shall control the order of layoffs and recalls after layoffs of full-time employees within the seniority area within the following job classifications: Head Meat Cutters Journeymen Apprentices Wrappers (where covered by Union contract)
