Agent and Arranger Fees The Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 26, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Administrative Agent Fee The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the fees set forth in the Agency Fee Letter and such other fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Agent Fee Borrower shall pay to Agent, for its sole benefit, the fees set forth in the Agent Fee Letter.

Agent's Fee The Borrower shall pay to the Agent for its own account fees in the amounts and at the times previously agreed upon between the Borrower and the Agent.
Arrangers Any Affiliate of an Arranger may provide the services of an Arranger for the transactions contemplated hereunder.

Fee Letter The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the fees in the amounts and on the dates as set forth in the Fee Letter and to perform any other obligations contained therein.
Amendment Fee The Borrower shall pay the Lender as of the date hereof a fully earned, non-refundable fee in the amount of $25,000 in consideration of the Lender’s execution and delivery of this Amendment.
