Lead Arranger's Fees Sample Clauses

Lead Arranger's Fees. On the date hereof, Borrower shall pay to Lead Arranger through the Administrative Agent underwriting fees in the amount heretofore agreed upon by letter agreement between Borrower and the Lead Arranger. These fees are for the services of the Lead Arranger in arranging the credit facilities under this Agreement and are fully earned when paid and are nonrefundable.
