Lead Person Premium. 326. Employees shall be entitled to a ten dollars ($10.00) per day premium when designated by their supervisor and authorized in writing by the Appointing Officer or designee as a lead person when required to perform a majority of the following duties: plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials or take the lead on any job when at least three employees are working together and one acts as the lead person. Underwater Diving Pay 327. Employees shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) per hour more than the base hourly rate, exclusive of any additional compensation for other assignments, when assigned and actually engaged in duties and operations requiring underwater diving.

Lead Person Premium. The necessity of selection and classification of a Lead Person shall be at the discretion of the Company and shall be defined as follows: An employee who shall direct the work of other employees while performing the work himself/herself. He/She shall not have the authority to directly hire, fire, suspend or discipline employees. He/She shall be a member of the Union. The Lead Person Premium will be seventy-five cents (.75¢) per hour. This premium shall not be used for the purpose of computing overtime.

Lead Person Premium. 1. Employees may be assigned to be a lead person at the discretion of the Company. If assigned to such tasks, an employee shall receive a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each hour of work on the day of the assignment, even if the employee does not perform lead person’s work for the entire day.

  • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Bilingual Premium The appointing authority may require a qualified employee to perform bilingual duties in positions which have been identified and designated as requiring such bilingual skills. In order to ensure an adequate level of bilingual proficiency, the Director, Department of Human Resources may require periodic evaluation of incumbents receiving bilingual premium.

  • BUYER’S PREMIUM A Buyer’s Premium fee of 10% of the Bid Price or $1,000 Auction Service Fee, whichever amount is greater, will be added to the High Bid amount.
