The Lead Person Premium clause establishes an additional payment or compensation for an individual designated as the lead person on a project or team. Typically, this premium is provided to recognize the extra responsibilities, leadership, and oversight duties that the lead person assumes compared to other team members. For example, the lead person may be responsible for coordinating tasks, ensuring safety compliance, or serving as the main point of contact. LEAD PERSON PREMIUM. Employees shall be entitled to a ten dollars ($10.00) per day premium when designated by their supervisor and authorized in writing by the Appointing Officer or designee as a lead person when required to perform a majority of the following duties: plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials or take the lead on any job when at least three employees are working together and one acts as the lead person. 327. Employees shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) per hour more than the base hourly rate, exclusive of any additional compensation for other assignments, when assigned and actually engaged in duties and operations requiring underwater diving.
LEAD PERSON PREMIUM. Employees in any non-supervisorial class assigned to the Local 6 Bargaining Unit designated by their supervisor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a lead shall be entitled to a $15.00 per day premium when required to take the lead on any job when at least two employees in the same classification are working together and one acts as the lead; or when required to perform a majority of the following duties: plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, or order material.
LEAD PERSON PREMIUM. Employees in any class covered by Local 1414 shall receive a premium, when designated by the employee’s supervisor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a lead worker, of $15.00 per day when required to sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on a job when at least two (2) employees in the same classification are assigned to a particular job and one acts as a lead. 143. Lead positions are responsible for directing the work of the employees subject to the specific task and are not expected to perform the full range of supervisory duties or to replace a higher paid classification.
LEAD PERSON PREMIUM. 1. Employees may be assigned to be a lead person at the discretion of the Company. If assigned to such tasks, an employee shall receive a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each hour of work on the day of the assignment, even if the employee does not perform lead person’s work for the entire day. 2. The Company will post, within the department, for a pool of lead person candidates. Candidates will be administered an assessment test. (Candidates who held the position of Work Group Coordinator shall not be required to take the assessment test). Candidates who successfully complete the test and are otherwise qualified shall be assigned to the pool of lead persons. If, in the Company’s discretion, the position should be filled either on a daily, weekly or full-time basis, employees shall be selected from the pool in order of their seniority. 3. An employee shall not be considered for a lead position if they are at the written warning stage or above under the attendance policy set forth in this Agreement.
LEAD PERSON PREMIUM. Effective July 1, 2019, employees in any class covered by Local 1414 shall start receiving a new premium, when designated by the employee’s supervisor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a lead worker, shall receive a premium of $12.50 per day when required to sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on a job when at least two (2) employees in the same classification are assigned to a particular job and one acts as a lead. 143. Lead positions are responsible for directing the work of the employees subject to the specific task and are not expected to perform the full range of supervisory duties or to replace a higher paid classification.
LEAD PERSON PREMIUM. The necessity of selection and classification of a Lead Person shall be at the discretion of the Company and shall be defined as follows: An employee who shall direct the work of other employees while performing the work himself/herself. He/She shall not have the authority to directly hire, fire, suspend or discipline employees. He/She shall be a member of the Union. The Lead Person Premium will be seventy-five cents (.75¢) per hour. This premium shall not be used for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • Short Changeover Premium (a) If shifts are scheduled so that there are not 24 hours between the start of an employee's shift and the start of their next shift, a premium calculated at the overtime rates will be paid for hours worked on the succeeding shift within the 24-hour period. (b) Where an employee exercises seniority rights to work shifts, one of which falls within the 24-hour period from the start of the previous shift, the employee shall not be entitled to claim the premium rate referred to in (a) above.

  • Night Shift Premium All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

  • Reimbursement Premium (a) If the Company writes Covered Policies before June 1 of the Contract Year, the Company shall pay the FHCF its Reimbursement Premium in installments due on or before August 1, October 1, and December 1 of the Contract Year in amounts to be determined by the FHCF. However, if the Company’s Reimbursement Premium for the prior Contract Year was less than $5,000, the Company’s full provisional Reimbursement Premium, in an amount equal to the Reimbursement Premium paid in the prior year, shall be due in full on or before August 1 of the Contract Year. the Company will be invoiced for amounts due, if any, beyond the provisional Reimbursement Premium payment, on or before December 1 of the Contract Year. (b) If the Company is under administrative supervision, or if any control or oversight of the Company has been transferred through any legal or regulatory action to a state regulator or court appointed receiver or rehabilitator (referred to in the aggregate as “state action”): 1. The full annual provisional Reimbursement Premium as billed and any outstanding balances will be due and payable on August 1, or the date that such State action occurs after August 1 of the Contract Year. 2. Failure by such Company to pay the full annual provisional Reimbursement Premium as specified in subparagraph 1. by the applicable due date shall result in the 45% Coverage Level being deemed for the complete Contract Year regardless of the level selected for the Company through the execution of this Contract and regardless of whether a Covered Event occurred or triggered coverage. 3. Subparagraphs 1. and 2. do not apply if the state regulator, receiver, or rehabilitator provides a letter of assurance to the FHCF stating that the Company will have the resources and will pay the full Reimbursement Premium for the Coverage Level selected through the execution of this Contract. 4. When control or oversight has been transferred, in whole or in part, through a legal or regulatory action, the controlling management of the Company shall specify by August 1 or as soon thereafter as possible (but not to exceed two weeks after any regulatory or legal action) in a letter to the FHCF as to the Company’s intentions to either pay the full FHCF Reimbursement Premium as specified in subparagraph 1., to default to the 45% Coverage Level being deemed as specified in subparagraph 2., or to provide the assurances as specified in subparagraph 3. (c) A New Participant that first begins writing Covered Policies on or after June 1 but prior to December 1 of the Contract Year shall pay the FHCF a provisional Reimbursement Premium of $1,000 no later than 30 days from the date the New Participant began writing Covered Policies. The Administrator shall calculate the Company's actual Reimbursement Premium for the period based on its actual exposure as of November 30 of the Contract Year, as reported on or before February 1 of the Contract Year. To recognize that New Participants have limited exposure during this period, the actual Reimbursement Premium as determined by processing the Company's exposure data shall then be divided in half, the provisional Reimbursement Premium shall be credited, and the resulting amount shall be the total Reimbursement Premium due for the Company for the remainder of the Contract Year. However, if that amount is less than $1,000, then the Company shall pay $1,000. The Reimbursement Premium payment is due no later than April 1 of the Contract Year. The Company’s Retention and coverage will be determined based on the total Reimbursement Premium due as calculated above. (d) A New Participant that first begins writing Covered Policies on or after December 1 through and including May 31 of the Contract Year shall pay the FHCF a Reimbursement Premium of $1,000 no later than 30 days from the date the New Participant began writing Covered Policies. (e) The requirement that the Reimbursement Premium is due on a certain date means that the Reimbursement Premium shall be remitted by wire transfer or ACH and shall have been credited to the FHCF’s account, as set out on the invoice sent to the Company, on the due date applicable to the particular installment. (f) Except as required by Section 215.555(7)(c), Florida Statutes, or as described in the following sentence, Reimbursement Premiums, together with earnings thereon, received in a given Contract Year will be used only to pay for Losses attributable to Covered Events occurring in that Contract Year or for Losses attributable to Covered Events in subsequent Contract Years and will not be used to pay for past Losses or for debt service on post-event revenue bonds issued pursuant to Section 215.555(6)(a)1., Florida Statutes. Reimbursement Premiums and earnings thereon may be used for payments relating to such revenue bonds in the event emergency assessments are insufficient. If Reimbursement Premiums or earnings thereon are used for debt service on post- event revenue bonds, then the amount of the Reimbursement Premiums or earnings thereon so used shall be returned, without interest, to the Fund when emergency assessments or other legally available funds remain available after making payment relating to the post-event revenue bonds and any other purposes for which emergency assessments were levied.

  • Post-Closing Payments (a) Should Grantor receive any amount arising from, or attributed to, the Grantor Interest (including without limitation amounts related to a Settlement Request) then Grantor shall promptly deliver to Participant an amount equal to such amount less: (i) any taxes, duties or other amounts required to be paid or withheld by Grantor with respect to those amounts (including without limitation any stamp duty or tax payable with respect to the sale, transfer or other disposition of such securities or other cash or non-cash distributions and any other fees or expenses (including legal fees) paid, payable, reimbursed or reimbursable by Grantor or Manager in connection with the sale, transfer or other disposition of such securities or other cash or non-cash distributions); and (ii) any amounts owed by Participant to Grantor or Manager as of the relevant time ((i) and (ii) together, the “Fees and Expenses”), to Participant pursuant to the wire instructions provided by Participant (which instructions must be with respect to a bank account opened in the name of Participant and must be provided at least five (5) Business Days prior to the date of wiring). (b) Upon receipt by Grantor of any securities or any other non-cash distributions with respect to the Grantor Interest (including the receipt of ADSs pursuant to a Settlement Request): (i) in the case of ADSs received pursuant to a Cash Settlement Request or an ADS Settlement Request where Grantor has elected pursuant to Section 5(b)(ii) to fulfill such ADS Settlement Request in cash, Grantor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to sell such ADSs to any person whatsoever at Participant’s expense, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5(b) and distribute the resulting cash to Participant in accordance with Section 6(a); (ii) in the case of ADSs received pursuant to an ADS Settlement Request other than cases in which Grantor has elected pursuant to Section 5(b)(ii) to fulfill such ADS Settlement Request in cash (or where any Settlement Request cannot be fulfilled in cash), Grantor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to transfer such ADSs (net of the In-Kind Fees and Expenses) to Participant at Participant’s expense, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5(b). “In-Kind Fees and Expenses” means such portion of securities or any other non-cash distributions received by Grantor with respect to the Grantor Interest the value of which is equal to the Fees and Expenses due as of the relevant date. In the case of ADSs, the value of such ADSs shall be calculated by Manager based on the VWAP Price and in the case of other securities or other non-cash distributions, shall be calculated by Manager on such basis as it reasonably determines. “VWAP Price” means the value obtained by dividing (A) the aggregate turnover of trading in the ADSs during the five (5) Trading Days immediately before the date Grantor receives the relevant distribution (the “VWAP Period”) by (B) the aggregate trading volume of the ADSs during the VWAP Period provided that if the VWAP Price cannot be calculated in accordance with the preceding formula the VWAP Price shall be determined by Manager on such basis as it reasonably determines. “Trading Day” means any day on which the ADSs are traded on The NASDAQ Global Market.
