Common use of Lead Theatre Technician Clause in Contracts

Lead Theatre Technician. Section 2. It is the understanding of the parties that all employees in this unit, regardless of job title, shall have only such contractual rights as are specifically enumerated in this Agreement. The use of job titles which are analogous to those used in other public sector bargaining units shall in no way create any entitlement to rights or privileges not specifically agreed to by the parties in this Agreement.
