LEADERSHIP TEAMS. 14.1 Each site may establish Leadership Team. The Leadership Team is an advisory board, offering suggestions and ideas of how to improve the site and student learning. The team shall be comprised of at least two teachers and the site Principal. The group will meet at least once per year. 14.1.1 Any teacher serving on the Leadership Team will be volunteering his/her time.
