Lease Binding. This lease and the covenants, conditions, and restrictions hereof shall extend to and be binding upon the corporate successors, heirs. assigns, personal representatives, and administrators of the Parties hereto.
Lease Binding. The provisions of this lease will bind you and us and our respective successors, heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

Lease Binding. This Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Landlord and Tenant and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.

While the Leased Premises are in trust or restricted status, all of the L.L.C.'s obligations under this Lease, and the obligations of its sureties. are to the United States as well as to the Band. Nothing contained in this Lease shall operate to delay or prevent a termination of Federal trust responsibilities with respect to the land by the issuance of a fee patent or otherwise during the term of this Lease. however, such termination shall not serve to abrogate this Lease. The owners of the land and the L.L.C. and its surety or sureties shall be notified of any such change in the status of the land.
Lease Binding. This Lease shall be binding on the Lessor and Xxxxxx and on their successors and assigns, provided, however that this paragraph shall not be construed as permitting any assignment or transfer that is prohibited under Section 14 hereof.
