Lease Ratified. Except as specifically amended or modified herein, each and every term, covenant, and condition of the Lease as amended is hereby ratified and shall remain in full force and effect.
Lease Ratified. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Existing Lease and all covenants, agreements, terms and conditions thereof shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
Lease Ratified. Except as herein provided, all other terms and conditions of the Lease are hereby ratified and remain in full force and effect. To the extent, if any, that the terms of the Lease conflict with any of the modifications set forth herein, the modifications set forth herein shall control.

To Tenant’s current, actual knowledge, Landlord is not in default under the Lease and has not committed any violation of the Lease which with the passage of time or giving of notice would constitute a default under the Lease. To Landlord’s current, actual knowledge, Tenant is not in default under the Lease and has not committed any violation of the Lease which with the passage of time or giving of notice would constitute a default under the Lease.
Lease Ratified. Except as specifically amended hereby, and except to the extent necessary to give full force and effect to this Amendment, the Lease shall continue in full force and effect as if the same had been set forth herein. * Without Landlord's prior Approval
