LEASE RIDER. The following provisions are added to and incorporated within this Lease. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Rider and the other Lease provisions, the terms of this Rider shall prevail.
LEASE RIDER. This Rider is attached to and made a part of the Lease dated October 30, 1998 by and between KOGEX XXXITY, INC., a Florida Corporation ("Landlord") with its principal office at 8880 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, 00000, xxd SYNCHRONICITY, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Massachusetts ("Tenant") with its principal office at 201 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
LEASE RIDER. This Rider is attached to and made a part of the Lease dated September 19, 1997, by and between KOALA Miami Realty Holding Co., Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Landlord") with its principal office at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, and Radio Unica Corp., a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida ("Tenant") with its principal office at 0000 X.X. 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx #000, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000.
LEASE RIDER. RIDER ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT (the "Lease") DATED February __, 1995, BY AND BETWEEN SYMPHONY WOODX XXXITED PARTNERSHIP (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord") AND CREDIT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") CONCERNING THE PREMISES KNOWN AS Suite 301/305 IN THE Symphony Woodx Xxxice Center Building. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Lease and the terms and conditions of this Rider, the terms and conditions contained in this Rider shall control.
LEASE RIDER. In the event of a conflict between the terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of this Rider with those of the Standard Form of Loft Lease or any of the Exhibits or Schedules attached hereto, the terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of this Rider shall govern and control the rights and obligations of the parties hereto.
LEASE RIDER. This Rider is attached to and made a part of the Lease dated December 11, 1996, by and between Xxxxx Equity, Inc., a Florida Corporation ("Landlord") with its principal office at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, 00000, and Metris Direct, Inc., a Corporation organizing and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, ("Tenant") with its principal office at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Minnetonka, MN 55343. 36A. Tenant's rental rate during the initial term of this Lease, December 1, 1996 - December 31, 1998 shall be fixed at $11.50 per rentable square foot, net of electricity.
LEASE RIDER. This Lease is subject to the Lease Rider contained in Exhibit “E” hereto. Such Exhibit “E” is hereby incorporated into this Lease and made a part hereof. If there is any conflict between the Lease Rider and the other terms of this Lease, the Lease Rider shall control.
LEASE RIDER. This Lease Rider is attached to and made a part of that certain Standard Form Lease (the "Lease") dated OCTOBER 25, 2006 by and between Xxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Trustee of the Xxx X. Xxxxxxxx and Xxx X. Xxxxxxxx Family Trust dated 12/23/92, Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, Trustee of the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Family Trust dated 4/27/93, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxx, Trustee of the Xxxx Xxxxxx Dee Revocable Living Trust dated 11/18/93, The Xxxxxxxx Family Partners, a California general partnership, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Trustee of the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx 1992 Trust Agreement and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Trustee of the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Trusts dated 1/25/85, as Tenants-in-Common, more commonly known as Xxxxx Partners (collectively, "Landlord"), as Landlord, and Xxxxx, CRL Systems, Inc., an Arizona corporation, as Tenant, and constitutes additional covenants and agreements thereto as set forth in the Lease, with the covenants and agreements contained herein to prevail in the event of any conflict between the covenants and agreements contained herein and those in the Lease. The capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the same definitions as set forth in the Lease.
LEASE RIDER. As a condition precedent, Buyer must read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in 39 these agreements. The CVHT Master Ground Lease Agreement (and Rider where applicable) is signed by recording a 40 completed and signed Memorandum of Lease that is recorded in reference to the Master CVHT Ground Lease with 41 Chelan County.
42 3. Buyer shall be an Income Qualified Buyer that has been assigned the purchase option by CVHT.
43 4. Buyer and Seller shall disregard the following items and language of Form 21 and 22A Purchase and Sale Agreement 44 and Financing Addendum: 45 a. Item U regarding commission. Commissions, if necessary, will be arranged by CVHT to be paid and will not 46 be paid unless approved by CVHT.
