Common use of Least-cost Selection Clause in Contracts

Least-cost Selection. Consultants’ Services for training, management, monitoring and evaluation activities under Parts A.1 (b); C.2; and E of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Least-cost Selection. Consultants’ Services of Consultants for training, management, monitoring and evaluation activities under Parts A.1 (b); C.2; and E assignments of the Project a standard or routine nature estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and paragraph 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Least-cost Selection. Consultants’ Services for training, management, monitoring and evaluation activities Consultants services under Parts A.1 (b); C.2; and E of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Least-cost Selection. Consultants’ Services for training, management, monitoring and evaluation activities rendered by consulting firms under Parts A.1 (b); C.2; and E Part C of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent 15,000 per contract may shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.
