Common use of Least-cost Selection Clause in Contracts

Least-cost Selection. Services for an auditor to conduct the financial auditing statements of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of lowest cost in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Least-cost Selection. Services for an auditor to conduct the financial auditing statements of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 50,000 may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of lowest cost in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Services for an auditor to conduct the financial auditing statements audit of the Project estimated financial records and accounts, not to cost less than exceed an aggregate amount of $100,000 125,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of lowest cost in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.
