Leave for Civic Duties. If a teacher is called to serve on a jury panel or is appointed to an election board, the teacher shall receive his/her daily teaching salary provided the teacher salary exceed such civic compensation. Upon receipt of a copy of the civic compensation, the corporation deduction shall be made on a per diem basis less expenses. All expenses must be documented.
