Leave for Committee Meetings. Employees who are representatives of the Union serving on Standing Joint Committees, their subcommittees, or other Employer-Union committees called for in this or the Component Agreements, shall be granted leave without loss of basic pay when attending such joint committee meetings. The Employer shall not bear the cost of expenses incurred by the Union's representatives.
