Leave for Contracting Communicable Disease at the Worksite. A. An employee who is unable to perform his/her assigned duties because s/he has contracted a communicable disease that is substantially likely to have been contracted at his/her worksite shall be authorized to receive up to three (3) days of leave per fiscal year for such illness.
